Privacy Policy.

When you send the contact form. We collect what you type into it: your name, email address, the services you are interested in, your business name or website, a short note about what you are building, and the description of your business. Name, email, and the business description are required; everything else is optional. The form also contains a hidden spam-check field that people never see or fill in.

When you email us. We receive your email address, your message, and anything you attach (for example links to your site or photos of your business).

When you browse the site. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand traffic and page performance. They do not use cookies. They record things like the page visited, the referring site, browser, operating system, device type, country, and page-speed measurements. According to Vercel, visitors are not identified across sites or days: a visitor is counted using a hash of the request that resets every 24 hours, and the data is used in aggregate. Like any website host, Vercel also processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the service.

When you book a call. The “Find out more” links open our scheduling page on Calendly, a separate website. Anything you enter there is collected by Calendly under its own privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the meeting.

We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, prepare a free working mockup of your site or system if appropriate, discuss whether we are the right fit, and, if you become a client, deliver and support your project. We may email you about your inquiry. We use analytics only in aggregate, to see which pages are visited and how fast they load.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not add you to a newsletter or mailing list without your explicit consent.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle inquiries:

• Web3Forms receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to our inbox. Web3Forms states that it stores submissions for a limited period that depends on the plan.
• Google (Gmail) hosts our inbox, sae.strategies@gmail.com, where form submissions and emails are stored.
• Vercel hosts the site and provides Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
• Calendly handles meeting bookings when you choose to schedule a call.

Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to follow up on it and, if you become a client, to deliver your project and keep a record of the work.

If you decide not to work with us, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Confirm what information we have on file about you
• Correct anything that is out of date
• Delete your information from our records

Email sae.strategies@gmail.com from the address you contacted us with, and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond within one business day. We will delete your information from our inbox and records and ask our service providers to do the same where they hold it. We may keep information we are legally required to keep, for example invoices for clients. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. We honor the requests above for everyone.

Submissions travel over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and the accounts that store them are protected with industry-standard authentication. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through the form.

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the “last updated” date at the top. If the change is material we will note it clearly.
