These terms are an agreement between you and SAE Strategies. By using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is for
This site describes our services and lets you contact us. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services on specific terms. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or scope that we both accept. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the agreement wins.
Results and examples
Descriptions of our process and timelines, and the concept mockups shown on this site, describe what we aim for and the style of our work. They are not a promise or guarantee of any specific result for your business. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, and individual results vary.
Our content
The text, design, graphics, logos, and code on this site belong to SAE Strategies or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the site for personal or business evaluation, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse its content or design without our written permission.
What you send us
When you send us information, links, or images through the form or by email, you confirm you have the right to share them and you allow us to use them to respond to you and, if you ask, to prepare a mockup. We handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Use the site or form to send spam, malware, or unlawful content
- Try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site
- Scrape or copy the site in bulk, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us
Links to other sites
The site links to services run by other companies, such as Calendly for booking calls. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We may change or remove content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SAE Strategies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. This section does not limit anything in a signed client agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
